San Francisco: Bonhams & Butterfields, 2007. Paperback. 181, profuse fullpage and vignette exhibit photos in color on high-gloss paperstock, the usual top-of-the-line format: 10.5x8.5 inch coated grey wraps. The two outer corner-tips are bumped, the lower one also creased, no ownership or other markings, a good copy.
