Hardcover. viii, 440p., Early printing in variant binding (dark blue but with a somewhat tighter 'weave') and pages bulking somewhat less thick than copies we have handled with the somewhat coarser 'weave.' Very good. Slight wear at corners, pages a bit browned. Clipped variant.....
