Osterville MA: The Barnstable Book Company, 2003. xiv, 353p., vignette photos of participants, trade-size glossy wraps, autographed by Helfer on the half-title. A very good copy. Helfer's parents emigrated from Italy, settled in San Francisco, she married Black in the 1960s and became an activist with long stints in Philly.....
