New York: Tennant and Ward, 1917. Pp. 181-216, unpaginated plates and plentifyul ad copy on inserted coated stock; 8 x 5 inch plain blue printed wraps. Somewhat edgeworn, with crimping, short tears and small losses along the overlapping "clerical" edges of the cover. Clean and sound within, a good copy.....
San Francisco: San Francisco Frontrunners, 1987. Red silk ribbon, 2x8 inches printed in gilt, string attached through brass eye holding paper label on rear, winner name missing but date and time printed. A ribbon given to all runners who managed to finish the run through Golden gate park.
