Jeff Getty was an activist with ACT Up Golden Gate who received the first transplant of baboon bone marrow in an effort to combat AIDS.....

Goodwin was one of the first black professional film and television scriptwriters in Hollywood, and wrote, produced and directed Black Chariot. The film, about a Black Panther-like group, received financial backing from black actors and entertainers Barbara.....
[Chicago]: n.pub. [1966?]. 44, 28p., wraps slightly soiled, illustrated with Goss' art work, 6x8.5 inches; cover bears the artist's likeness. Original binder's mucilage-type glue is giving way and the front hinge has cleanly separated leaving a curious (and "curiosa") glue-shadow in gutter; back hinge still holding. Poetry and prose. Goss.....
Los Angeles: Privately Printed, 1994. 15p., 6x9 inches, frontis-photo-portarit, limited edition of 200 copies in stapled white wraps. For a memorial to the woman it is interesting that her full name is never mentioned (except as the mrs. of Richard M.!) Owner of Gould's Antique Shop in Brentwood.

Mill Valley: Hartmus Press, 1986. 58p., foreword, #28/300 copies, modernist line-drawings, very good in original pictorial wraps. Posthumous publication of capable poems, collected and introduced by daughter Catherine reflecting on her father's style-change following WWII and onset of acute alcoholism.

Includes Daniel Curzon's essay "My Rage", on the White Night Riots.

Unpaginated, a stingy 13 or 14 pages, softbound copyshop-style with a textured spine clip, 8.5x8.5 inches, color xerox cover-leaf, mild signs of handling and age, a nice clean copy. Small change series. Epigraph from Leonore Kandel; so now you know what you're in for.....
Washington DC: [GPO], 1886. 47p., disbound, remnants of original thread and binder's paste hold textblock together but printed title leaf is nearly detached. An old pencilled note on cover directs attention to pp41-2, mention of the deceased's good offices during the Johnson impeachment. Good copy.

Magazine. 32p. includes covers, 8.25x10.75 inches, photos, memorials, publications, poetry, very good newsletter in stapled white pictorial wraps. 1996 was a bad year for poets. Larry Eigner, Bob Flanagan and Patrica Landrum all died that year. Remembrances of each.
