Hardcover. 102p., glossy not-quite-alkaline paperstock with a dozen photoportraits (subject's roles, his family) and facsimiles (congrtulatory telegrams), the obligatory Mussolini mug, hardbound in half-cloth gilt over patterned paper, nice marbled endsheets. The casing yawns a little, the binderywork is so tight that some leaves bear.....

Title label on first volume. Undated Republican-era edition. Brief biographies of exemplary women, with illustrations at the top of some pages.

Paperback. 258p., 8.5x11 inches, bilingual texts in Spanish and English, biographical data and b&w photos of Hispanic American professionals sectioned by profession, perfectbound glues aged and so the first few pages are cracking at binding otherwise very good trade paperback in white pictorial wraps.
