Salem: Whipple and Lawrence, 1827. 160p., wood-engraved frontis, 6 x 3.5 inch calf-backed printed paper boards, spine titled and ruled in gilt, legible still. Quite edgeworn and rubbed, textblock is thoroughly foxed and lacks last free endsheet; a fair-only copy. *The prejudice in question seems to be that of youth.....
