Letters on a plethora of subjects by the California native who settled in Hawaii in 1975. The letters are followed by retrospective commentary from 1997 and after.

Softbound in 11x8.5 inch copyshop wraps with plain binder's tape spine, clean and sound, a very good copy. Monograph 14.
