Los Angeles: Woman's Building, 1986. Poster. Cross Pollination was a project of the Woman's Building, which commissioned culturally diverse artists to create twenty posters for an exhibition held in late 1986. Most of the posters are lithographed, but two are screenprinted and one is letterpress; almost all are signed and/or numbered by the artist. The set includes works by the following artists: Carol Chen (signed), Nelvatha Dunbar (signed, numbered 149/225-500), Amani Fliers (screenprint, signed), Anne Finger (letterpress, signed, one of 250), Patricia Gaines (signed), Diane Gamboa, Mary Bruns Gronenthal (signed), Hyunsook Cho (signed), Susan E. King (signed), Cyndi Kahn and Michelle T. Clinton (signed), Linda Nishio, Linda Lopez (signed), Janau Noerdlinger (signed), Suzan Ocona (signed, 74/1000), Robin Price (signed, 96/400), May Sun (signed), Mari Umekubo, Patssi Valdez and Sylvia H. Delgado (signed), Linda Vallejo (screenprint, signed, 61/200) and Elfie Wikins-Nacht (signed). All are 17x22 inches, give or take a fraction, and they are in fine condition.
