Berkeley: Third World Liberation Front, [c1999?]. Ephemera. Twelve handbills, range in size, from 5.5x8.5 to 8.5x14 inches; photos., mostly text explaining the hunger strike, some minor wear, couple handbills have pin holes, overall in very good condition.

The Third World Liberation Front was revived in 1999 and students hoping to save the Ethnic Studies department went on hunger strike for 8 days. They managed to receive more faculty hires and to create the Multicultural Community Center, the Center for Race and Gender.
