An open letter to Jerry Rubin which may fix his bad mouth

New York: Gay Flames, [197-]. Pamphlet. 4p., 8.5x11 inch pamphlet, very good. Gay Flames Pamphlet no. 3.

A critique of Rubin's book "Do It!" for its use of implied homosexuality as insults against Mayor Daley and other figures. For example, on page 163 Rubin suggests that Daley had caught crabs from his dalliances with J. Edgar Hoover. Step May writes, "You intend two men fucking together to be taken as a disgusting thing or at best a joke." Argues that it's unacceptable to publish such material after Stonewall. The author was a member of Chicago Gay Liberation. Originally published in the Madison Kaleidoscope.
