Half-title, titlepage, 36p., disbound 7.5x4.5 inch pamphlet; the half-title is quite dust-soiled with a dealer's penciling and a nicely penned collection numeral, the titlepage having more text and less dust with an authorship penciled in, terminal leaf (printed both sides) also dusty with a shallow corner-tip crease and a thin marginal chip, a good copy (as these disbindings go).
