Sewn Binding. viii, 5-51p, illustrated with a copperplate elevation of the building (fullpage, set as frontispiece), a disbound item, frontis detached without damage, textblock sound with mild smudges and empty stabholes throughout (held now by binder's glue), spine slightly rough, revealing partial detachment of a dog-eared terminal leaf. On p.34 find an old marginal symbol (?) in india ink, A good copy.
