Akbar. With a frontispiece.
London: Peter Davies Limited, 1932. Hardcover. 165p., frontis portrait as called for, first edition hardbound in 8x5 inch black cloth boards gilt-titled on spine-panel's printed green fields, enclosed in the dust jacket. Top edge tinted green (a pleasant touch), a nice production. Book itself is sound if a little edgeworn, expect irregular toning to both free endsheets (binder's paste creep), cleanly alkaline paperstock, while the dust jacket is edgeworn with two small chips and abrasion to extremities, dust-soil to the rear panel. A solidly "good" copy.
