New York: Technocracy, 1943. Handbill. Handbill, a standard leaf printed in dark blue, printed and folded once to make a four-page announcement of about 1,000 words. Bears a printed return address (NYC) and a rubberstamped distributor's address (L.A., Technocracy again). Leaf is mildly toned with a touch of ripple (no stains). We gather that the first issue dates from the previous year.

Two quotes from this text: "Total Conscription will exclude fascism from the North American Continent" (how? details within). "Total Conscription calls for a 'quick freeze' of all corporate enterprise and all labor union structure; for the suspension of all dividends, profits, interest, rents, dues, and taxes; and for a moratorium on all debt and litigation for the duration and six months thereafter."
