A first version was issued in 1967; 24p., a pamphlet in 8.5x6 inch glossy color wraps, numerous captioned b&w reproductions amidst a running text, text paper also glossy and alkaline, too bad the only color repro decorates the front cover (shown also within without color, a disappointing contrast). Item is is fine: perfectly sound, clean and unmarked.
