[4]p., folded tabloid underground newspaper, illustrated with b&w photos, local ads, articles, news, columns, evenly toned, address label on front wrap, else very good on newsprint. The second of two issues labeled Vol. 9 #12, although the first is whole number 214.
Another issue from the Allan Coult interregnum, before the return of Max Scherr as owner. Articles on the Chicago 8, obscenity charges against the Barb for two previous issues (Nos. 211 and 212) that had featured phallic art on the covers, LSD, and more.
