The Provisional Organizing Committee to Reconstitute the Marxist-Leninist Communist Party of the U.S.A. (POC) was a 1958 split from the Communist Party, U.S.A. in opposition to the leadership's support to new USSR Party Chairman, Nikita Khrushchev policies including Khrushchev's denunciation of Joseph Stalin. The POC had organized many former CPUSA members who were upset at various policies of the Party since WWII.
