Washington DC: Embassy of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, 1968-1971. Magazine. Eighteen issues, 10.5x14 inches, glossy wraps throughout with high quality illustrations, very much the Soviet version of "Look" and "Life" magazine in the U.S., in very good condition with dirty and foxed upper edges and minor cover wear. Issues present are Nov for 1968, Mar-Jul, Nov, Dec for 1969, Jan, August, Nov for 1970.[Jan issue has a thin stain running along the top and vertical edge of the first few pages], April, May, June, Aug-Nov for 1971.

This magazine printed at the USSR Embassy in Washington DC was designed as a "lite propaganda" tool avoiding overtly political issues and instead introducing Americans to Soviet "life and culture."
