London: Methuen & Co. Ltd., 1936. Hardcover. ix, 495p., first off, the "folded map" is lacking. Where it had been bound in, only a pressure mark remains (no stub, no other trace). An otherwise pleasant book to handle: black cloth boards lettered in blue, 7.5x5 inches, endsheets mildly toned, textblock foredge has a sprinkle of foxing, hinges good, no soil or markings, a good copy except lacks the map.
