Staplebound. 15 issues [missing issue No. 15] an incomplete run, wraps, mimeographed on one side only, 8.5x11 inches, owner's initial penned in upper right of cover wraps also date of issue hand penned on upper left corner of cover wrap, year penned in vertically along the left edge of cover wraps for most issues, staples beginning to rust, edge an shelf worn with wraps having small tears, minor smudges and some toning throughout, issue No. 3 has stained and smudged cover wrap, issue No. 6 has multiple underlines in red ink on pages 2-5, 13,14,18, 21-23 26-30, and xvi, issue No. 9 has some marginalia on pages 33 and 34, underlining on page page 2 of the appendix, issue No. 16 has underlining and marginalia on page 35, else in good condition.

Most of the contributions focused on the Chinese Revolution, the rise of the Civil Rights, Black Liberation and Black Nationalism, includes contributions by Frank Lovell, Joseph Hansen, Richard Kirk and Clara Kaye (Clara Frasier), "L. Marcus" (aka Lyndon Larouche), and George Breitman and others.
