Likely late 1970s as the phone number listed begins with LO an alphabetical exchange name phased out in late 70s at the latest. The organization was formed in 1974 by Rosalie Davies a London-born mother who immigrated to Canada with her husband in the 1950s and the had two children. They moved to Philadelphia in the 1960s and separated after she came out as a lesbian. He returned to Canada and got full custody.
