An unfortunate copy that must have been left outdoors on a misty day, with warping of (the still-bright) boards and a distressing of the dj. Well, it's dry now, and it can be handled with no adhesions, though it has picked up a little grime. The front free endpaper is inscribed and signed twice, once in full.

Note that the "bibliography" is simply a hand-list, the Ray Smith a one-page encomium.
