Undated, but the March-April 1924 issue of Freedom has the following notice on page 20: "Our comrades in Los Angeles and Boston, Mass. have issued an appeal (in Yiddish) for the formation of a Workers' Anarchist Federation, and the publication of a paper in Yiddish. They ask all comrades who are dissatisfied with the present state of the movement to help them by joining together with a view to fresh activity. There is plenty of scope for work in the United States, and all those willing to give a hand are requested to communicate with Bluma Gubin, care of Amerikanskye Izvestia..."
