Passaic NJ: the monthly, 1961 - 1968. Staplebound. Thirty one, 26p to 36p. each, possibly averaging 32p., staplebound quarto self-wraps on good mostly unbrowned paperstock, occasional light crimping near spinefolds, staples beginning to rust through on some issues, some cover wraps showing age and smudges. Present : four items from v.III 1961 (nos. 7, 9, 10 & 12); one number from v.IV 1962 (8, August, with water damage to lower edge of issue); five issues from v.V 1963 (May through Sep, Aug issue has "aug 1963" inked on cover ); two numbers from v.VI 1964 (Nov & Dec); four numbers from v.VII 1965 Jan, Jul, Nov, Dec); ten numbers v.VIII 1966 (July & Aug combined issue missing Mar issue, May issue has penciling on top edge of cover wrap); four numbers v.IX 1967 (Jan, Feb, Jul-Aug, Nov); five numbers from v.X 1968 Feb, Mar, Apr, May, Jun, Sep), Mar issue has staining along spine and top of cover wrap.

Throughout the entire period of publication Minority's policy remained, "No commercial advertising accepted," and the Board of Sponsors a Who's Who of peace activists, philosophers, and pacifists. Including but not restricted to Sidney Lens, Betrand Russell, M. S. Arnoni, Jerry Rubin, Helen and Linus Pauling, and many, many more.
