ICOR promoted Jewish colonization in Birobidzhan, within the Soviet Union. The twenty pages of English include a translation by Joseph Freeman of Mayakovsky's poem "Our March," and an article contrasting the Jewish colonization effort in the USSR favorably against the Zionist resettlement efforts in Palestine.
