The folder is wrinkled and creased round the extremities, the two fascicles are completely sound, clean and unmarked.
Laid is a simple flyer on color letterhead that lists the first-day program: invocation, keynote address, certain reports, and the scheduling of a visit from then-president Bill Clinton.
