The Workers party represented the 1940 split from the Socialist Workers Party taking most of the intellectuals and students with them. Active in the labor movement most notably on the East Coast and this is reflected throughout. Among the writers, in addition to the editors listed above, was Susan Green, Conrad Lynn, Henry Judd, more.
