Includes Breitman's "In defense of Black Power," "Malcolm X on Afro-American history," "Myths about Malcolm X: two views," in which Albert Cleage offers a racially based perspective of struggle against white power in which he argues that Malcolm did not accept an internationalist perspective, and that the statements of his last year became erratic, while Breitman argues that his ideology actually sharpened and he did accept an internationalist perspective before his death.
