Berkeley: the club, . Pamphlet. 26p., presswork on clay-coated paperstock tinted greyblue, 7.5x5 inch booklet fastened with decorative cord, one illustration: a frontis showing the Venus de Milo. Membership list, events, tree plantings, officers, committees, not your usual sort of "yearbook". Item is crimped throughout with handling, yapp-edged wraps are edgeworn and back cover is stained (lightly), handsome work by designer R. Orozco in good-only condition. The one comment we saw on the net is that this club, established 1902 or so, influenced the "Berkeley style" of rambling comfortable housing so full-blown in the hills, and not un-represented on the city's lowly lowlands.
