Honolulu: University of Hawaii Press, 1970. Hardcover. xxi, iv, 258p., illustrated with an endpaper map of The Mulgraves and a frontis portrait of the author; hardbound in 6x4 inch maroon boards gilt-titled and plain printed dust jacket; the curiously small size evidently reflects facsimile design. The first leaf of Prof.Day's intro has a vertical crease, now unfolded and flat but -creased it is. Back panel of dj bears an odd irregular stain, we liked its effect, hoped it was part of Press design, but -no cigar, it's just a stain. An otherwise excellent copy.
Note that text includes a substantial Hawaii visit en route home, describing interviews with Hawaiian royalty and commoners.
