Established in 1934 by W. K. Bassett and his wife Dorthea Castlehoun, The Pacific Weekly was a Left-leaning weekly Carmel, California journal. Lincoln Steffens, a columnist and associate editor for this issue, would go on to seize control in June 1936 and push for a more hard-line Communist Party agenda. Includes an article by Upton Sinclair, replying to an earlier article about him by Harold M. King. Fourteen holdings located in OCLC of the title as of 5/2020.
