London: The Folio Society, 2000. Hardcover. Respectively: xxiii, 389, xxxiii, 375, xxxi, 297p., each hardbound in matching format (10x6.5 inch cloth boards, the fabrics in different colors), each illustrated with line maps and b&w and color plates on coated inserted stock, the sturdy slipcase having protruding lips, nether and upper. FYI, the "lipped"box is a departure from Folio's singleton box which has a scythe-shaped mouth; Folio uses lipped boxes for multiple-book accommodation. - The whole shebang, three big books and thick printed box, is in great shape: everything is absolutely sound, clean and unmarked.
