Norwalk CT: The Easton Press, 1967. Hardcover. ix, 120p., illustrated with a dozen or so fullpage color plates (rendered blue and orange as per Ward's originals) and Ward's b&w vignettes scattered throughout, hardbound in 10.5x7.5 inch reconstituted leather-covered boards decorated with gilt sketchings. All edges gilt, moire' endsheets, placekeep ribbon bound in, the usual Easton treatment. The one flaw we see is a pressure mark, possibly from careless storage, that runs transversely across the low textblock margin (no text affected) and has slightly dented the bottom edge of front endsheet and some twenty leaves adjacent (it peters out gradually). Other than this mild dent, condition is absolutely sound, square, tight and clean, without an ownership or any similar marking. The collector's library of famous editions.
