In 2006, Didier Fitan and Arnaud-Pierre Fourtané started "Kaiserin — a magazine for boys with problems." In each issue, "Kaiserin Magazine" presents the work of renowned and emerging young artists, authors, photographers, graphic designers, typographers, illustrators and poets, all focused on one theme. The magazine is French-English bilingual, bi-annual, printed on high quality paper. In 2012, after six years of activities, nine issues and five special issues the publishers took a break. This "special issue" is devoted to an homage to The Cockettes by young French men including the publishers and editors.
