The ACC was registered as a foreign agent of the Consejo Chileno Norteamericano, promoting Pinochet’s interests in the United States. Writers from the National Review were offered paid junkets to Chile in exchange for puff pieces or articles whitewashing the regime's crimes, some of which are reprinted here as loose leaflets. Marvin Liebman and Spruille Braden are listed as officers. Robert Moss, John Chamberlain, James Theberge and Michael Padev are among the authors of the additional pamphlets included here.
