Issues present are Numbers 1-4, 6-17, 19-25 [#23 with corrected cover], 27, and 28. All with worn wraps, many with previous owner's name penned on front wrap, some with rusted staples, Number 2 with small section torn out of front wrap with no loss of text, Number 11 with ownership sticker on front wrap, Number 27 with stained front wrap else generally good condition.

Debates on ideological questions, party functioning and schisms, and discussion of world events at this tumultuous time for the socialist movement. Meant for internal circulation. Some rather vicious infighting preserved for posterity. Large proportion of contributors are from the San Francisco branch, the party base.
