Headlines and what's behind them. Bulletin no. 6
New Haven, CT: Constitutional Educational League, [1940]. 9x17 inch broadside, neatly creased from having been folded for mailing, otherwise very good.
An attack on Paul Sifton, Deputy Wages and Hours Administrator, for his Communist past; includes facsimiles of clippings from Communist publications and quotes about establishing a workers' government. Concludes by asking unemployed readers, "Why should this Red agitator of the class war have a good Government job paying more than $30 a day... while you, who believe in America and its institutions, are forced to go on relief?"
