Call for a rally to protest the power company and to gather signatures to place what became the Hetch Hetchy intiative Proposition Z which would create a MUD. Included in the protest were Grass Roots, TURN and Sadie, Sadie, the Rabbi Lady aka Gilbert Block, a Sister of Perpetual Indulgence.
