These items were printed before the Olympics Committee sued to halt the use of Gay Olympics in advertising the Gay Games. One item is from the same period with the new name Gay Athletic Games. This was the first Gay Games event. Some of the earliest Games materials. Includes a handbill designed and illustrated by Robert Kalthoff, letters from Tom Waddell, a Kimo's Gay Ganmes Auction flyer, a handbill for the SF Olympic Bowling Team, a news release on the National Torch Run (two sheets) letter from Harriman Thatchervolunteer information, housing information/questionnaire, a handbill designed by K.
