New York: Praeger / Praeger Special Studies / Praeger Scientific, 1984. Hardcover. Reprint, this dissertation first issued 1973; 252p., text reproduced from typed mss, illustrated with tables and a nearly illegible map. Hardbound in dark green pebbled boards titled in bright gilt, mild external edgewear (a sound copy), within find ffep excised (neatly, but one wonders why), one inked marginal bracket on p.23, and a pervasive upper-corner-tip stain affecting both covers and all leaves. A better than reading copy, good to very good. FYI, an excised flyleaf is often a clue that library ownership is being disguised; in this case there are no additional marks that might support the idea.
