Steuer a native of San Francisco; part of this narrative is report of Bay Area anti-war protests, but mostly it is set in DC behind the scenes where the They run everything. A Nixon type of president gets more dictatorial than the real RMN did and is finally murdered in jail, sparing all of us impeachment proceedings.
