Tokyo? LA? place unspecified: Cross World Connections / Hard Pressed Studios, 2007. Paperback. 142p., profuse captioned color exhibit photography with one to two reproductions per page; softbound in oblong 6x9 inch die-cut wraps. Front cover and first half-dozen leaves are mildly damp-rippled (no discoloration) and the diecut letters slightly damaged (two of the three letter A's are missing central tips), remainder of text is excellent: a good (good-only) copy.
A travelling show, 13 installations starting with Tokyo in 2003, touring LA and San Francisco and picking up more exhibits along the way. Introduction by Winston Smith (writing from San Francisco) says over 120 artists are represented here; happily not chaotic, the range and style of this collection is coherent, could have been all by the same designer. George W Bush is main person-as-target, the US military the institutional target.
