Colorado Springs: Starrett & Snyder, Publishers, 1912. Pamphlet. 56p., plenty of illustrations, ads and text all printed on newsprint, find a plat map of Colorado Springs of the period and a doublespread centerfold map (with spot-color legends) of the city and the whole area. Staples have rusted badly with some migration onto the bigger map, and the red cover-stock has a little offset onto the first and last pages. A charming item in (pace the rust) very presentable condition.
The Silver Grill Cafe advertises its Best of Everything on the back cover, and just inside find a half-page ad for The Nanking Chinese restaurant which has teakwood furniture, stays open all night and seats 100 people.
