Bodega CA: 1963. Photo-copied newsclips regarding government greenlighting of a nuclear power plant and activist resistance, prefaced by a brief paragraph by locals; copied double-sided on about fifty legal-size (14x8.5 inch) leaves, ergo a hundred pages or more. Several articles are marked with red-pencil emphases. Light cardstock cover and terminal sheets; bound across top edge with a white plastic comb, edgeworn and shaken with the first leaf detached but present and legible. The locals knew about nearby earthquake faults, their utilities server (PG&E) knew and wished to ignore.
