Two volume set in slipcase; unpaginated [148p. each], limited to 140 copies hand-set and bound by Lewis and Dorothy Allen using all-rag handmade paper, rubricated titles and decorations, fine first editions thus bound in "flame" fabric imported from France, clear vinyl jackets on both in sturdy brown cloth slipcase with an apparently common mild damp stain to fore-edge on one side not affecting the case itself. The prospectus for each is laid-in.
Volume one was published in 1982 and followed closely by volume two with a slipcase designed to house both.
