Hardcover. 21p., letterpress on laid paperstock with a bottom-edge deckle, frontispiece reproduces the single-page mss. Hardbound in patterned boards with wide metallic bronze spine; printed paper label is fixed to patterned area, an unusual design choice; it is irregularly discolored from Eucalyptus Press paste-up. Front cover board is faintly sunned while rear board remains fresh; edges are mildly worn but no card shows. Inside, the upper corner-tips of Dedication leaf and the next two leaves (Contents and the brief Lewis intro) are slightly crimped (not flattened dog-ears, just flattened crimps); no ownership or other marks, item lies flat and square, a very good copy, no.28 of 175.
