Printed excellently by Ano Nuevo Island Press. Laid in on Club letterhead is a TLs from then-president John Creighton informing Club stalwarts of the book as gift: much of the run was presented to subscribers. Also laid in, two copies of a two-color invitation to a talk to be given by editors. Map Society occasional paper no. 6.
