[10p] lettered edition, E/26 in a limited edition of 176 copies this copy printed on Vélin Arches mould-made paper, hand-coloured frontispiece by the artist and signed by both author and artist bound in quarter grey morocco over decorative boards, gilt spine-titles and paper title label on cover, smoker's scent otherwise very good.

The book was published to celebrate the centenary of the building of the house 'Le Bois Des Moutiers" designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens in 1898.
