Light soiling to cover.

This is one of several pirate editions, the first of which appeared in 1966. This one is dated by the Woodstock reference. OCLC attributes as a San Francisco issue with spurious imprint. The first trade publication was 1971. Wimp also did a better edition later from Madison.
